Infrastructure & Cloud

Technology

Until recently, investments in infrastructure significantly lagged investments in applications. Infrastructure functions had been outsourced or offshored, particularly for larger organisations with sufficient scale. Overhaul of infrastructure is now necessary given the complexity and the scale of the changes in the technology functions. There is a tension between “cheap” quick fixes and efficient long term solutions.

With the introduction of emerging infrastructure solutions including cloud technology, organisations have to strike a balance between the agility they can offer and the accompanying potential risks. Organisations are constantly looking for visionary infrastructure talent.

Some examples of mandates undertaken include:
  • Head of Infrastructure
  • Head of EUC
  • Cloud Engineering
